• Intel (INTC) stock lost 0.2% on tech media reports that Apple (AAPL) will not use the firm’s 5G modem chips for iPhones planned for 2020.
• Ford (F) stock dropped 0.2% as the firm announced that China vehicle sales slumped 38% in June from a year earlier to 62,057 vehicles.
• Netflix (NFLX) stock fell 0.5% despite the fact that the company announced a testing of a premium plan in Europe that would offer higher image quality along with the ability to watch on four screens at the same time.
• Facebook (FB) stock traded down 0.5% amid a Variety report that the company was in talks to launch a Cristiano Ronaldo reality show. According to the report, the famous soccer player would receive $10 million for a 13 episode run.
• PriceSmart (PSMT) tumbled 7.4% as fiscal third quarter earnings per share missed consensus.
