Litecoin Falls 11% In Selloff

Litecoin was trading at $65.548 by 14:15 (18:15 GMT) on the Index on Wednesday, down 11.26% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since July 16.

The move downwards pushed Litecoin's market cap down to $4.330B, or 1.63% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin's market cap was $14.099B.

Litecoin had traded in a range of $65.548 to $72.931 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a drop in value, as it lost 5.3%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $2.444B or 5.15% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $58.5524 to $75.6758 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 84.39% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.
