Electronic Arts Earnings Miss, Revenue Beats In Q4

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:EA) reported fourth quarter earnings that missed analysts' expectations on Tuesday and revenue that topped forecasts.

The firm reported earnings per share of $0.69 on revenue of $1.36B. Analysts polled by expected EPS of $0.99 on revenue of $1.21B. That compared to EPS of $1.3 on revenue of $1.26B in the same period a year earlier. The company had reported EPS of $2.3 on revenue of $1.61B in the previous quarter.

Electronic Arts shares gained 0.78% to trade at $93.45 in after-hours trade following the report.
