Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Chemicals, Personal&Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.93% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were William Demant Holding A/S (CO:DEMANT), which rose 2.32% or 4.8 points to trade at 211.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 1.96% or 16.8 points to end at 875.4 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.42% or 15.5 points to 1110.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were FLSmidth&Co. (CO:FLS), which fell 3.80% or 12.4 points to trade at 314.0 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO:NOVOb) declined 2.97% or 9.7 points to end at 317.4 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 2.65% or 7.3 points to 268.4.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 72 to 63 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) rose to all time highs; gaining 1.96% or 16.8 to 875.4.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.68% or 0.42 to $62.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.71% or 0.50 to hit $71.25 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.77% or 9.85 to trade at $1281.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.23% to 6.6672, while EUR/DKK fell 0.03% to 7.4662.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.33% at 97.265.
