Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Chemicals, Personal&Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.43%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were William Demant Holding A/S (CO:DEMANT), which rose 2.04% or 4.1 points to trade at 205.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) added 1.60% or 2.0 points to end at 130.6 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO:NOVOb) was up 1.36% or 4.5 points to 331.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which fell 1.32% or 2.5 points to trade at 190.8 at the close. DSV (CO:DSV) declined 1.31% or 7.8 points to end at 587.0 and Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) was down 0.79% or 5.6 points to 704.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 62 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.17% or 0.11 to $63.41 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.36% or 0.26 to hit $71.89 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.62% or 7.95 to trade at $1280.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.22% to 6.6822, while EUR/DKK fell 0.03% to 7.4663.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 97.648.
