Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Oil&Gas, Financials and Chemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.20%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which rose 2.98% or 4.6 points to trade at 159.1 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) added 1.79% or 9.4 points to end at 533.2 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was up 0.83% or 1.1 points to 127.3 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 5.48% or 18.0 points to trade at 310.3 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 2.75% or 8.3 points to end at 293.3 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was down 0.40% or 2.00 points to 500.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 68 to 64 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.30% or 0.73 to $56.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.28% or 0.84 to hit $66.58 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.51% or 6.65 to trade at $1292.65 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.07% to 6.6360, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.4605.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 97.145.
