Intercontinental Exchange, the owner of the NYSE, has made a bid for auction site eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY), The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.
- ICE (NYSE:ICE) has made approaches in the past for a deal and there are currently no formal talks, the Journal said.
